Ground Critical Care Team

First 2 Aid EMS was established and conceptualized by exceedingly experienced and highly trained EMS medical professionals to bring the highest-quality Critical Care ground and fixed-wing services to Florida, and the neighboring states.

Identifying the overwhelming number of companies offering General Transport (GT): wheelchair van, stretcher van, or BLS transportation, etc.; First 2 Aid has determined the pursuit of such services would not in the best interest of the community.  And after extensive research, First 2 Aid EMS, has recognized the need for emergency transportation from point to point care facilities – cutting down on the extended wait times currently accepted as the norm.

Our ground services are reserved for hospitals and freestanding emergency departments.  First 2 Aid EMS understands that time (every second, not minute counts) is critical, and immediate intervention (care) and transportation is tantamount to a most favorable outcome and saving lives.  People often say, ‘every minute counts.’  During a medical emergency, every second counts, and when you are waiting for transportation, minutes seem like hours.  Don’t let this happen to your patient, to you or a loved one.  Call (407) 777-4322

It is our belief that all facilities should have a dedicated ambulance at their facility; this helps to ensure better patient outcomes through faster response and critical care administered.  Currently, ground services are available in Osceola County, Bay County and soon through a partnership with Florida Hospital Seminole, Orange, Lake and Polk counties and air services are available throughout North America, Central America, and the Caribbean.

We pride ourselves on the constant training, preparing our employees: staff and management, for any, and all possible situations/crisis that may arise during an EMS call — provided to all our employees to enhance their capabilities, both ground, and fixed-wing services.
